Quick Xylograph Tiles

 

To work this Tutorial you will need: Paint Shop Pro, Amphisoft Xylograph LE plugin filter (Please do not download the demo at the top of the page, scroll down the page and download the LE copy from one of the two links in the second table) and an image of your choice, I used this one.

Lets get started:

Open your image and Shift+D to duplicate it, Layers/Promote to layer. Close your original.

Resize your image to 150x150, Image/Resize, W 150, H150, Bilinear resample, resize all layers checked, maintain ratio unchecked, OK

Next go Effects/Plugin filters/Amphisoft/Xylograph LE and apply with these default settings.

Colours/Colourise/play with the settings and select the colour of your choice, I used these settings; Hue 190 Saturation 225.

Effects/Reflection Effects/Kaleidoscope, with the following settings.

File/Save as/ name your tile.jpg and save.

Some more I made using different images and colourise settings.
